Our services are delivered on a rolling basis as per the agreed schedule listed on your agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

If you are on a month-to-month agreement, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel services. Please send your cancellation notice to sylvia@rsn8media.

For fixed-term agreements, please review your contract for specific cancellation fees and terms.

If cancellation is made before service commencement, a full refund will be issued.

If cancellation is made after service commencement, you will be billed for the services rendered up to the cancellation date. Early termination fees may be applicable.
